Our holiday home is located in Außervillgraten in East Tyrol. Außervillgraten is a traditional village in the Villgratental, a small side valley that branches off from Hochpustertal valley.
The apartments in our holiday house have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sitting area with satellite TV, a balcony or direct access to the garden and a bathroom. Free WiFi is available on the whole property. The nearest restaurants and two grocery stores are only 5 minutes walk from the property.
In Ausservillgraten there are countless hiking possibilities, with mountain peaks up to 3000 m above sea level. Our accommodations are located in the immediate vicinity of the Unesco World Heritage Site Three Peaks and the South Tyrolean Dolomites. In the surrounding area there are also numerous winter sports facilities. The ski resort Sillian is 5 km and the ski area 3 Zinnen 15 km away from our accommodation. The town of San Candido in Italy is 20 minutes by car from our accommodation, where you will find numerous shopping and leisure facilities. The same applies to the town of Lienz in East Tyrol, which is about 35 km from our accommodation.
Self Checkin/Checkout
In order to enable our guests a flexible time of arrival and to make their holiday as pleasant as possible we offer our apartments with a self-checkin/checkout service. That means that you can check in on your own from 14:00 on the day of arrival and check out on your own until 10:00 on the day of departure.
We have deposited the apartment key in a key-safe in front of the apartment door. The PIN for the key safe and all further instructions will be provided with the booking confirmation.
